Our sales guy Blake made our experience so effortless, we dropped off, picked out and the new boat, it was delivered too! We had one little hiccup with the paperwork, Blake figured it out and got it handled and when he came for our signatures?? He brought US lunch! Needless to say we are customers for life.

I wanted to thank all three owners of this establishment for stepping up when an employee decided to not show up for work. We waited for 2 hours-our check in time was at 9 am on father's day. There were about 5 families waiting to get their boat rentals for the day, June 20, 2012- everyone was truly concerned that something happened to either an employee or one of the owners. Everyone was glad to see the three owners of this company step up and take care of all of their customers. We had heard about Mid-Atlantic from some friends in regards to renting a Pontoon boat. We had an amazing experience with Steve O as well as Troy. They were top notch and the boat was great for the day. We can't wait to do it again! Highly recommend this newer company located on the 'boardwalk'.

Austin is the MAN! My new-to-me MasterCraft X-Star in need of repair was at Lake Region for over a month, and after I got tired of dealing with their excuses, lack of communication, general unpleasantness, etc. I called Mid Atlantic Watersports to share my situation and see what their availability might be. Austin told me to bring it on over and he would do me right, and wow did he deliver! I picked up my boat from Lake Region Saturday morning, took it straight to Austin and he called me a few hours later to say I could come pick it up and we were out riding the SAME DAY. He also charged me 1/4 of the price that Lake Region charged me after completely wasting my time. My experience went from nightmare to completely taken care of, and he even offered to come out to my house at Lake Monticello in the event of future issues. I will be recommending to anyone who will listen, THANKS AUSTIN!
